Lectures:

האם צריך להיות גבר כדי להצליח?

Do You Have to Be a Man to Succeed?

In an era of supposed feminism, it turns out it is still not easy to be a woman, and certainly not easy to secure key positions. Does society really see men and women the same way? Can strong women succeed as much as they would like, and do men and women with identical abilities reach the same career achievements? Through her life story and a diverse and distinguished career, Lt. Col. (Res.) Shosh Raban examines these questions candidly, sharing not only her successes but also her failures. The lecture gives women practical tools and tips for paving their way and reaching any goal, and explains to men exactly why they should surround themselves with strong women, everywhere and at every level.

Workforce and Salary Efficiency

Workforce and salary efficiency is one of the cornerstones of staff work in any organization, and often the main goal of every CEO and chairman, in the public and business sectors alike. Yet these very cuts are also the greatest fear among an organization's employees. How should an efficiency process be approached, what are the tools and principles, what is the role of managers and how can employees be brought on board? Shosh Raban maps out the pitfalls along the way, dealing with the workers' committee, the process itself and the day after, as well as how to achieve salary efficiency without cutting staff. All of this from a senior business leader who has successfully led many efficiency processes, accompanied by real stories and examples from the business, public and security worlds.

The Shin Bet on October 7

What was the role of the Israel Security Agency in the events of October 7? In a fascinating review that begins months before the attack and continues into the war, Lt. Col. (Res.) Shosh Raban, a former senior Shin Bet official, offers a rare inside view. Was this betrayal or criminal negligence? Could October 7 have been prevented, and who else is responsible for the greatest failure in the country's history? What have we learned since, and where do we stand today? A sharp and courageous lecture that is not afraid to ask the hardest questions.
