Maj. Gen. (Res.) Yosef Mishlev, is a decorated officer who has served in a variety of senior positions in the IDF. He served as commander of the Etzion Brigade, commander of the Jordan Valley Brigade, commander of the Edom Division, coordinator of government operations in the territories and as commander of the Home Front Command.
