Lieutenant Colonel (res.) Shosh Raban is a member of the advisory committee of the IDSF. Shosh has served in a variety of senior positions in the IDF, including Battalion Commander of the 960th Battalion; Head of the ground forces organization branch; Head of the Central Command Planning and Organization branch; and Head of the Field Units Division.
Shosh holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Haifa and an MBA from Bar-Ilan University. She also holds a teaching certificate and a business mediator certificate. After completing her service in the IDF, Shosh served as VP human resources in a host of large business companies and as safety and information systems manager of large-cap public companies in Israel, such as Shufersal and Electra.
Currently, Shosh is a corporate business consultant, she gives talks on economics, and sits on the board of directors at the Ein Afek Corporation and the Rosh HaAyin Development Company.
Shosh lives in Rosh HaAyin. She is married and has three children.
