A terrorist who asked for a longer sentence in prison because of the higher wage he would receive as a result; another terrorist whose life has changed completely and started sending his children to private schools; another who went out to stab Israelis, knowing he would receive a much more lavish monthly paycheck as a result.

These are just some of the incredible stories behind the tantalizing and anti-semitic policy of the Palestinian Authority to incentivize terrorism against Israelis: a $300 million/year terror machine.

The Palestinian Authority, a widely considered moderate government whose leaders wear European suits and ties, maintains as their top priority a multi-billion dollar terror machine: the Pay for Slay infrastructure providing stipends to terrorists.

In this fascinating conversation of Or Yissachar, IDSF’s Head of Research, with Brigadier General (res.) Yossi Kuperwasser, former Head of Research Division in the IDF Intelligence Corps, and Lieutenant Colonel Adv. Maurice Hirsch, former IDF Head of Military Prosecution for Judea and Samaria, we explain how the PA has institutionalized terrorism and anchored it in law. Its terrorism budget is 80 times per capita higher than its health budget. Namely, instead of constructing new hospitals or helping families in need, the PA prioritizes the murder of Jews.

Is that really a peace partner?

Alas, no. The PA must be regarded as a terror organization that inflames the conflict, a strategic threat on Israel’s security. It cannot keep pleading to the international community to come to its rescue.

“If you spend hundreds of millions on bankrolling terrorists and corruption, on one hand, you cannot hold out your other hand and expect to be bailed out when you go broke.

The PA has made terrorism its business model, and as such, we simply cannot continue with ‘business as usual’.
The Palestinian Authorty is stealing the future of Palestinian children while endagering that of Israeli children.”
