Chief Superintendent J. R. Davidov, Commander of the Rahat Police Station, bravely initiated contact with the enemy and fell in battle

Upon the first reports of the Hamas attack, Chief Supt. J. R. Davidov, Commander of the Rahat Police Station, set out for the site together with three other officers from the station: Avi Buzaglo, Roni Abuharon, and Alon Barad. He and his officers were the first to reach the site, before the soldiers. At the risk of their lives, they advanced against the terrorists and fought them with exceptional courage. All four fell in battle. May they rest in peace.
