Ahikam Himmelfarb is a researcher of the Arab world. Currently he is the correspondent for Arab affairs at the 7-Israel National News media outlet and is a researcher at the Palestinian Media Watch institute. He served as a reservist interpreter in Arabic and Hebrew at the Ofer Military Court. In his mandatory three-year military service, he served in the IDF Artillery Corps. Ahikam holds a double BA in Arab and Middle East Studies from Bar Ilan University. He publishes papers which focus on issues relating to the politics, governance, social and media affairs at the Palestinian Authority and the Palestinian public.
