Police Brigadier General (Ret.) Dovi Yang

Dubi Yung, a retired Brigadier General from the Israel Police, boasts an illustrious career spanning various key roles within the Israel Police. Yung held the position of Tel Aviv District Operations Officer and established himself as the founder and commander of the Border Police Instructional Base. His leadership extended to serving as the commander of the Hebron Border Police District, head of the Training Department, Chief Training Officer, and headquarters commander of the Israel Police special forces. 

Post-retirement, Dubi Yung has become a distinguished international consultant specializing in domestic security, counterterrorism, and public order. His expertise has been sought globally, making him an invaluable member of NATO think tanks. Additionally, he previously served as a senior official in the emergency array at the Ministry of Internal Security and played a pivotal role in the National Center for Crisis Management (Internal Cell). 

In 2020, Dubi Yung co-founded the Israel Defense and Security Forum (IDSF). Beyond his professional accomplishments, he is devoted to family life, being a loving husband and father to five children.
