Staff Sergeant Yisrael Taib, a tank driver, woke up to the sound of sirens and mortar shells falling, and immediately ran to his tank. He set out and, on the way, noticed about 50 terrorists on motorcycles heading to his outpost. With swift action, he and his crew managed to run over several of them and shoot others. The terrorists fire RPG shells at the tank and hit it, but failed to disable the tank. Others tried to scale the tank, but he coolly manages to knock them off. The outpost defended by their tank was the only one not breached by terrorists. After nine hours of fighting, the tank ran out of ammunition, and Tayeb and the tank’s loader continue on foot. When they encountered a terrorist Taib eliminated him at point-blank range, and even when they finally reach the Reim military base, they continue to fight the bloody battle that lasted throughout the day, tirelessly and relentlessly engaging terrorist.
